I live in Michigan and contacted Suncoast, by phone, to send a surprise to my family who were in the local area to them for Spring Break. I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady on the phone and she helped me make my decision. I went with the Premium Junk Food Basket, gift basket. I was able to make a few requests which they were more than willing to fill and make sure the items were in there. The basket came out wonderful and it was delivered with no issues. I cannot speak as far as flowers , but I would definitely recommend this florist for their gift baskets and wonderful customer service!!!

I am a florist in Iowa and sent an order to Suncoast to have flowers delivered for my mom’s birthday. They took care of my last minute order, delivered quickly and the flowers for absolutely stunning! Customer service on the phone was so friendly and caring! My brother-in-law bought a bouquet for my daughter's ballet recital, and they were absolutely gorgeous. It's really one of the prettiest bouquets I have ever seen, and the roses smell amazing!

I had an incredible experience with Suncoast Florist. At the beginning I was planning a wedding out of state and Jeff helped answer all of my questions. Then we had the opportunity to move to Florida and I'd show up to the store with my centerpieces for advice and I kept adding on items to my original order. Not only were they beautiful, but the prices can't be beat! I had 5 different quotes from florist in the area and Suncoast was the most cost effective, and they had the best customer service from the beginning to the end! So many compliments on my flowers and it helped make my special day even more special!

When our office wanted to get flowers delivered to one of our employees, my sister told me I "had to call" Jeff, Regina, and Kristin! I have been a customer for the past 20 years… a lot more frequently for the past 4 years, both downtown at the Saturday morning farmers market and in store. I always find a beautiful selection downtown on Saturday mornings and in store… let’s just say they always help me out when I’m in a bind haha. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly and they definitely work with you and listen to your needs! Definitely check them out for any of your floral needs in either location!!
